POWERS OF ATTORNEY

There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney.  One which relates to Property and Finances and the other which relates to Health and Welfare issues.  We can assist in preparing and registering the Lasting Powers of Attorney on your behalf.

Our fixed fees for this service are :-

For One Person

Property and Finances or Health and Welfare – £300.00 plus VAT
For both Property and Finances and Health and Welfare – £500.00 plus VAT

For Two People

Property and Finances or Health and Welfare – £500.00 plus VAT
For both Property and Finances and Health and Welfare – £800.00 plus VAT
There is also a Court fee payable of £82.00 per document to be registered (unless eligible for a fee exemption)
